When sending a bug report, please make sure to include all the relevant information so that we can reproduce it on our end: Unity version, platform, a clear description of the problem and the specific sequence of steps involved to reproduce it. Also, please make sure you can reproduce the bug on the default kit without any custom changes.
Please note that we do not provide support for custom features not included in the default version of the asset, general Unity editor/C# programming questions or matters related to publishing your game on the market. Our technical support is strictly intended for matters related to the default asset as published; any custom features added on top of it on your end are your sole responsibility.
